- Read the National Appointment Application Document (PDF), below left, thoroughly.
- If you wish to be considered for a National Appointment, you must apply by October 1.
- Click on the National Appointment Application Form, below right. This is a Word document. Fill in the form, save it with your name as the file name and email the form to Jake Steinbrenner.
- Mail a hard copy of the form with $25 to Treasurer Paul Rocca to the address on the form below.
